AutoPay Program’s Terms, Conditions & Enrollment Authorization

By enrolling in this AutoPay Program (the “AutoPay Program”), you are authorizing emBorrow to debit the bank account you designate (the “Designated Account”) each billing period to pay automatically the amount of your monthly payment for the benefit of the Company providing you a loan. To receive confirmation of the debit transfer taking place, you may log onto your account online by accessing a website that we designate for such purpose, or calling Customer Service at 1-866-3-EMBRYO (36-2796).

In these Terms, Conditions & Enrollment Authorization:

“We,” “us,” “our” and “emBorrow” means emBorrow LLC, and each and every future successor of emBorrow LLC. “You” and “your” means the person giving this authorization and enrolling in this AutoPay Program, and also each additional account owner, co-signer, authorized signer, authorized representative, and/or service user identified on any product given by Companies that you apply for, use or access. “Company” and “Companies” mean any company that provides you a loan and/or any other product or service through the emBorrow platform. “Designated Account” is the savings or checking bank account from where your automated payments will be made.

1. AutoPay Interest Rate Discount Benefit:

If you enroll in this AutoPay Program and make monthly principal and interest payments by an automatic, monthly deduction from a savings or checking account, the Company providing you a loan has agreed to reduce the Interest Rate of your loan by one quarter of one percent (0.25%) for so long as you continue to make such automatic, electronic monthly payments.

This benefit will discontinue and be lost for periods in which you do not pay by automatic deduction from your savings or checking account. This benefit is suspended during periods of forbearance.

2. Automated Payment Amount:

You understand that each such debit will occur no earlier than the payment is scheduled to occur as your Loan Agreement with the Company describes. You agree that unless you notify us to stop or adjust the amount of a debit, in accordance with the procedures set forth in section 4 below, emBorrow is authorized to debit the funds from the Designated Account in the amount specified in this automatic payment option you have selected. During certain times, emBorrow may need to submit a manual, online payment to ensure that your loan does not become delinquent. You will ensure that there are sufficient funds in the Designated Account on the specified debit date to pay the amount of the debit.
For any automatic payment, we are authorized to reduce the amount of the debit previously disclosed to you by the amount of any payments or credits applied to your account prior to the scheduled debit date.
If you want to change your Designated Account, you agree to promptly update your Designated Account details with us by accessing a website that we designate for such purpose, or calling Customer Service at 1-866-3-EMBRYO (36-2796).

3. Additional Payments:

If you would like to make payment(s) in addition to the automated payment amount, you may do so using Pay by Computer, Pay by Phone or another means such as a check.

4. Stop Payment Orders/Adjustments:

If you want to stop an automated payment or make an adjustment to the amount of the upcoming automated payment, you can do so online by logging into your account at a website that we designate for such purpose, calling Customer Service at 1-866-3-EMBRYO (36-2796), or writing to emBorrow, 2100 Sanders Road – Suite 200, Northbrook, IL 60062. Your request will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. If you call us to make an update or adjustment, your request may not be processed until the following billing period.

5. Termination of Participation in the AutoPay Program:

You may terminate your participation in this AutoPay Program by calling Customer Service at 1-866-3-EMBRYO (36-2796) or writing to emBorrow, 2100 Sanders Road – Suite 200, Northbrook, IL 60062. If you write to us requesting the termination of your participation in this AutoPay Program, please also include your name, address, contact phone number, and loan number. Your request will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. We may revoke your right to participate in the AutoPay Program at any time for any reason, but a written notice of such revocation will be provided.
For purposes of this AutoPay Program, business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays are not included. If the scheduled debit date is on a weekend or banking holiday, most of the time the debit will be made on the next business day.

Terms and Conditions Apply. emBorrow provides installment financing only to residents of states where the company has a lending license. In order to apply for financing, you must submit your application online and have, among other things, verifiable income. You may also need to be a patient of a fertility clinic. The actual amount and terms of financing that a customer qualifies for may vary based on credit determination and state law. In some instances, we might not manage to check your application information completely and may request some additional documentation. Please thoroughly review our Consents, Disclosures, Rates, and Terms & Conditions for further information. Complete disclosures of APR, details and payment terms are included in the Financing Agreement.

Funds are generally deposited via ACH for delivery next business day if approved by 4:30pm CT Monday-Friday.

emBorrow reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and benefits at any time without notice.
Important disclosures and consumer notice: Financing from emBorrow is designed to help you meet your fertility related borrowing needs. This service is not intended to provide a solution for all credit or other financial needs. We will never charge you any “hidden fees” that are not fully disclosed in the Financing Agreement. Since we may report your payment history to one or more credit bureaus, late or non-payment of your account may negatively impact your credit rating. If you don’t make a payment in accordance with your financing terms, we will attempt to contact you via one or more authorized methods. Our company’s methods are in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). Be sure you thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of your financing before signing your agreement. We are here to serve our customers and their financial needs if possible.
